    So. I didn’t post my weight yesterday because it hasn’t moved… again. Mind you, I haven’t been eating the best either. I know that restrictive eating isn’t very good– but neither is some of the crap I’ve been eating lately because I’ve been too busy to prepare something decent. So. The foods that I will be cutting out for the next little while are: 1. Fast food/pizza2. Pop3. Chips4. Junk food in general (except popcorn… that is a life necessity) I want to replace these with: 1. More fruit2. More vegetables3. More water So… I’m going to start today and see how I do. Hopefully this will help me a…

    As you know, I am one of 3 co-chairs of an organization at my university. There are really only supposed to be two–this year was somewhat of an exception. Last fall I was a leader for Frosh week, and while I was there I was approached by a friend to see if I could fill a position on a organizational team (OT) for a group at the university.     Well, I didn’t move this week. Mind you, I’ve had a reeeeally busy week/weekend and haven’t had much time for anything, so I’ll make that my excuse. I suppose it’s better to stay at the same weight than to go up though. Anyway, I went to write this afternoon and my internet died. We just got it back a few minutes ago. So, here I am.     Well, I’m down another half pound. I am the queen of slow weight loss. haha Mind you, I haven’t been good with the whole exercise portion of it, although I am determined to do my pilates this morning. I had a really good weekend– Saturday was Dee’s birthday so I was with her for the majority of the day! In the morning we went and volunteered at a family literacy day downtown and I was SO impressed with the turnout.     Well, I’m down another half pound… and although I’m pretty positive it’s probably just natural weight fluctuation, it is encouraging to at least see the numbers declining, regardless of how slowly. The Hubster sometimes talks in his sleep… and I LOVE it. Most of the time it’s incoherent mumbling, but every so often I’ll be awake enough to catch a real gem!! One time he yelled out “I DON’T KNOW HOW IT WORKS!!!” and startled me, but once I realized he was still sleeping I fell in love all the more. haha!
