Flash Mob*
One of my life’s ambitions is to participate in a flash mob. Ever since I saw the first T-Mobile commercial, I have wanted this. Longed for this. And at some point in my life, I intend to make this happen. …but I always thought that I’d have to travel to do it. The big ones I’ve seen have been in London, New York, and other major cities. Then a friend sent me this: Ummm… that’s the EATON CENTRE. As in downtown Toronto. Sweet mother of pearl, how did I not know about this until now?! Love. :)

House Projects*
In just one month (and two days) the Hubster and I take possession of our first house. We are beyond excited, and I’m still pinching myself almost every day just to make sure that it’s real. We’re trying to pack a little each week so that it won’t be such a monstrous job in April. The wheels in my head have been turning as we’ve been thinking about the projects we want to do in our new home. I am SO excited to get my hands dirty and learn how to put up drywall, paint, lay flooring and garden. I am SO excited to have a garden! I’m still trying…

Thrifty Thursday – Black & White*
Ah, lovelies. It’s happening again. For a brief second I thought that things were slowing down a bit, but life is pushing forward at a pace that I can barely keep up with. Sadly, this leaves me with less time for thrift store adventures. However, I do manage to squeeze in 15 minutes here and there. :) I’ll be debuting dress number 2 in two weeks! FOUND IT!
I FOUND IT. A couple of weeks ago I got a call to go teach at one of my favourite high schools. This school plays the best music in the mornings as the kids shuffle into their first classes. It’s the same place that introduced me to this song, which I have been obsessed with ever since. When I first heard that song, I fell in love with it immediately. I’ve been having very vivid dreams lately. Dreams that feel so real I can still feel them and remember them long after I wake up. Dreams that are so vivid that I wake up feeling like I haven’t rested at all. While I was home last week, I had a dream that left me feeling uneasy for an entire day.
