So, I’ve been working on a little something. I actually started it last winter, but then I landed my LTO and all the free time I had went out the window. I finally decided to finish it this summer, and I think it’s almost ready to show you. A Heartbeat and an Interview*
This has been a very exciting week. On Tuesday, the Hubster and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary and actually got out on a date! It was lovely. I also was finally able to see my midwife (Olivia) this week. After bumped appointments and a long wait, Ruby and finally made it into her office. After catching up on Ruby’s progress in the last 18 months, we quickly reviewed my medical history and pregnancy thus far. Then it was finally time to hear the heartbeat. Sometimes Math is Fun*
Well, I’ve been busting to tell you guys something for a little while now… and since the family knows and it’s now on Facebook (which really makes everything “official”), I can finally tell you: I like math! As someone who finished grade 11 math with a 65% average and saw this as a major accomplishment, it’s very exciting. I guess I should be a little more specific. I like THIS math: Surprise! Holiday Card Winner!
Oh goodness. This entire day just completely got away from me! This morning I loaded Ruby in the car and we took a drive up to Btown to spend the day with my family. I thought for sure that I’d have a few free minutes this morning to hammer this out, but it was just so busy.
