I’m back home after a whirlwind trip to see my parents. I didn’t want to get caught in cottage traffic again, so I left this morning before it got bad. I’m glad I did, as two Tornado warnings beeped through on the radio (thankfully, not for my region). They did signal that a decent storm was coming though, and I’m so grateful I was off the road before it hit. It rolled in really quickly, and M took the kids outside to watch the clouds roll and build across the sky. Within a few minutes it was raining sideways and I’m pretty sure I saw some hail mixed in there.…
