Just a Lil Somethin’

Well, as you can see, I have a new background! I had been changing it up often throughout the holidays to keep things fun, but I think I’ll keep this one for a little while. Thoughts? I’m not quite done playing with the colors, but I think I like it! haha!

Today I felt very… productive. I’ve been putting the agenda the Hubster bought me for Christmas to good use and had a full day of tying up loose ends. I paid some outstanding fees, made a doctor’s appointment, handed in some forms, and received my last ever installment of OSAP. It was kind of funny to think about—the end is so so close, and as exciting as that is, it’s scary too. We’ll need to find real jobs and start paying real bills. Eek. Luckily we have a couple of months before that happens, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it’ll be here before we know it!

I also finally got my first semester marks back! I’ve been waiting for these marks for nearly three months, but I am very happy! Without really over-exerting myself, I achieved an 85% in one class and an 87% in the other! It’s amazing how much easier it is to do well when you enjoy what you are learning…

Anyway, I’m also really enjoying my daily writing! I know it’s only been a week, but I haven’t missed a day yet, and it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say that! I’m a little worried that I’ll run out of things to write about, but I kind of want to start writing a bit more just about what’s going on right now in our lives—even the daily mundane details. I’m also curious… besides “Our Story”, is there anything else you’d like to hear about / have me write about? Teacher’s college? What life as married students is like? My opinions about random things I find? Thoughts?
